Our NGO is registered under the Societies Registration Act, of 1882. We have all the required documents and certificates to operate legally in India. Below are the details of the documents and certificates that we possess:

Registration and Legal Documents

Permanent Account Number (PAN): We are a registered non-profit organization, and as per the Indian government’s regulations, we have a Permanent Account Number (PAN) for tax-related purposes. Our PAN card details are a testament to our commitment to complying with all relevant regulations. our PAN Card number is AAITA9226A.

Registration Certificate: We are a registered non-profit organization, committed to promoting education and supporting the holistic well-being of children and families in underserved communities. Our registration certificate is a testimony of our commitment to serving our community.

Tax Exemption Certificates

12A Certificate: We are recognized by the Government of India under section 12A of the Income Tax Act as a charitable organization. Our 12A certificate demonstrates that we have met the necessary criteria to be registered as a charitable organization.

80G Certificate: We are approved by the Government of India for exemption from income tax under section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Our 80G certificate provides assurance to our donors that their contributions are eligible for tax exemptions.

Other Certifications

NGO Darpan Registration: We are registered with the Government of India’s NGO Darpan platform, which provides a unique identification number for NGOs and enables us to access various government schemes and benefits. FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act): As per the FCRA regulations, an NGO must have completed at least three years of existence and have a track record of functioning in its chosen field of activity before it is eligible to apply for registration under FCRA. Since our NGO was registered in December 2021, it will not be eligible to apply for FCRA registration until December 2024.

CSR-1 form: As per the CSR-1 form regulations, an NGO must have completed at least three years of existence and have a track record of functioning in its chosen field of activity before it is eligible to apply for registration under the CSR-1 form. Since our NGO was registered in December 2021, it will not be eligible to apply for CSR-1 form registration until December 2024.
